Aurangzeb, the Mughal Emperor, ordered the execution of <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Sambhaji">Sambhaji</a>.
Sambhaji was captured by <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Mughal%20forces">Mughal forces</a> led by <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Muqarrab%20Khan">Muqarrab Khan</a> in 1689. After his capture, he was presented before Aurangzeb. He was offered to convert to Islam, but Sambhaji refused. Enraged by his defiance, Aurangzeb ordered his torture and execution.
Sambhaji was subjected to brutal torture over a period of several weeks. He was eventually executed by being torn apart.
